The 7-Day Digital Product Kickstart

Most people never start because they think they need an audience, money, or a “big idea.” They don’t. They need a small, specific problem and seven honest days. Here’s the exact sequence.

Day 1 — Pick a person, not a product.
Write down one specific group of people (e.g. “freelance designers chasing invoices”). List the top 3 things that frustrate them weekly. Choose the one you can help with. Do not pick “everyone.”

Day 2 — Validate in 20 minutes.
Search Reddit/forums for that frustration in the person’s own words. Copy 5 real sentences where they complain about it. If you can’t find 5, pick a different frustration. This is your market proof and your marketing language.

Day 3 — Choose the smallest format.
Guide, checklist, template, or tiny tool. Pick the smallest thing that actually solves the problem. Smaller = shippable this week.

Day 4 — Build the draft.
Write the 8–12 steps that solve it. For each: what to do, one example, one common mistake. Add a one-page quick-start at the top. Done beats perfect.

Day 5 — Edit and package.
Cut filler. Verify every fact. Give the file a clear name and a “START HERE” page. Add one page that mentions your related product.

Day 6 — Set up selling.
Free hosting (GitHub Pages). A payment option you control — Bitcoin needs no business account and no approval. Test with a tiny transaction before launch.

Day 7 — Launch small.
Post genuinely useful answers in 3 communities where your person hangs out. When relevant, mention your free resource. Reply to every comment for 48 hours. Repeat.
